Ya, macam kena tipu , ya, worst is the fact that they hold the charge and takes sometime to reverse / release the charges fr your card acc. So if next orders are cancelled again , cycle also same , which i think given 'time lost and etc etc' i would order a latitude dell, if this happens again ..

( mine via shopback app still not apear eventhough during transaction via the app, the 'yeay we got it' message came out after payment done .. I cancelled one order 48hrs after order ( one day after confirmation order bcoz initially they said order disnt go thru ) , via chat ( as it was sunday lenovo closed). Chat said all good, can cancel, they sent email stating cancel order. Today, i got email saying 'your order is on the way!' !! And i track its already out of shanghai !! So what to do now sifus?

Ha ha i wish it were, but they charged full $3602.50 for x395 i5/ 16/512/300nits mt fhd/no wwan/premier support 3y/bklit kb/ bag/mouse ..
Laat month they cancelled t480 one week after confirmed email , stating no stock ..
Lenovo is soo messy
