550 sqft is under affordable homes scheme.

1) 550 sqft - 2 Rooms : RM270,000.00 nett. No rebates. 1 car park. *(T&C applies)

2) No need to be Selangorians. But must be Malaysian citizens, 21 years old and above during application time.

3) Household income spouse combine must not be above RM15k.

4) Even those who already has the 1st property are still eligible to own one unit!

5) No need balloting! Can choose unit now!
