Oat is less sugar and less bloat to me compare eat rice recently.
But after a week take oat, seems like i got sore throat already.
Is it so ? Or not related

I take my oat with cold milk + fruits and muesli. Never get bored or muak.

I will suffer from sorethroat if I take oat + hot milo together. Its worsen if take nestum + hot milo. TS take oats with .. ?

after meal, drink water to clear throat and avoid sore throat.
no oat is not heaty compare to rice. |
