Ya. This is the one I used to follow during the installation.

I don’t understand why they did not include any installation guide/manual in the box. They only include setup manual, which is useless if the installation not successful.

They provide free installation in China.

I'm facing the same problem for Xiaomi Mijia Smart Door Lock Push Pull model, open door from outside without password/fringerprint, may I know how you solve this issue?

目前遇到问题：

①门锁常开（不用指纹钥匙可以开门）、常闭（指纹密码等不能开门，钥匙可以开门），因方轴过长造成；②安装后把手不能推拉开门；因锁体离合套筒箭头未正对造成；

建议检查方法：

1、建议将门锁拆卸下来在地垫测试检测；在通电状态下使用指纹开锁成功后，锁体电机是否有“呲呲”运动声音；

2、（室外侧锁体离合与地板箭头是否正对安装）有声音再将方轴插入锁体拧动方钢，确定锁体是否空转判断问题，

3、以此判断是锁体问题还是安装问题

安装注意事项

1、安装过程中是否将把手方向定位方向调整正确，（包括左右推拉定位螺丝，离合转动方向与胶垫标记是否正确）

2、锁体定位螺丝师是否拆卸正确（只拆除锁体室外侧定位螺丝，拆除不可直接装回锁体，需要按照补救方法进行，换向后重新安装必要打螺纹胶）

3、室外侧锁体离合与箭头是否正对安装的；（拆除定位螺丝后，两个箭头必须对正才能开启）

方轴问题

 方轴 2 根，

 方钢是否按照安装对应切割长度范围，把方轴插入锁体内，方轴高于门面 3-5mm，划线标记进行切割即可

 室外侧锁体离合与地板箭头是否正对安装

其它问题

1、前期系列版本存在不是最新固件，请再安装完成后更新升级固件；

2、禁止在门锁功能未检测完毕前，进行关门测试门锁；

3、请及时查阅相关资料对照实操，熟悉基本机械原理再进行安装；务必提高安装技能服务意识；

I bought a bunch of xiaomi devices for my house

I have Aluminum with glass too but I got problem installing smart lock as the frame is narrow and existing lock is very close to the edge 😕

There is some types of smart lock for alu door, but it doesnt look smart 😵 I chose Mi lock, so I had to choose a door for it 😂

can you recommend which door is suitable for xiaomi smart lock?

do anyone here know which locksmith can help to install xiaomi smart lock?

Aqara N200 vs N100

The differences are supposed to be the following:
- New more square like design
- New two-factor authentication feature
- New lock hardware that tracks more kinds of breaking or picking attempts
- New extra durable sapphire fingerprint plate

Can you share your experience installation ? because i have problems around 2 days but not solve the problem . All of Mi Home Apps tests was goods and perfects.

The problem that occurs is the lock application status is locked but we can still open it.
