I think one of this product marketing strategy is to get exposure on traditional media like newspaper.
It's been a while first time ever alchohol brand advertising on the paper.

The new taste is targeted towards the non-heavy drinker/casual/very light drinker/muslim ( LOL ) .

If is frequent beer drinker then the taste is not there yet and usually ppl don’t get drunk from that...
If is kaki mabuk then they won’t buy also because the price is too expensive...kaki mabuk usually skip beer

They should lower the price for another rm2 then i’ll Happily return for more
