I got a dead Silverstone SST-ST65ZF 650W, once plug in power AVR power trips... Maybe hit by lightning, sending it for RMA...

That;s why ur using CM Real Power for now...but AVR really dosent help to protect ur PSU?

as far as i know... AVR only helps in unstable current. Like my very old college kediaman... it doesn't protect you from lighnting surge.

Y wud u fellas wanna use an AVR with good solid PSUs? There's no need for them.

a good AVR does... they usually got detachable fuse of some other kind of fuse.... so when got surge... it will jump out or break the fuse... smile.gif

I have it since few month back it was very stable... That was unlucky day T.T once i switch on the PC the AVR circuit breaks & the second time i on the switch PSU sparkle, It was a loud pop sound... till now i still dono what caused my PSU fail, maybe my luck is bad...

You may try Edifier Speakers/InterAsia. They are direct distributors. Besides, I have seen MyPC and Compu-zone having them as well..

olympia series are all having single +12v rail while almost all of the strider series are havin multiple +12v rails except for st56zf model..

some old Kolej kediaman always bad. Maybe becoz we pay only little of money.
