A1: It is common place for ad agencies or event organisers to contract a second supporting
company if demand for the event exceeds expectation and / or initial planning.
Q2: “I also got called from them saying things about Durian expo @midvalley these coming
Wednesday. I am eligible to receive Cash Voucher worth RM200 and a few nights at the
designated hotel we later choose. My point is this: Expo-media.net domain name has
just been registered these 3 month’s time”?
A2:Expo Media was incorporated on the 2nd of January 2000. However, recently Expo Media
has expanded its operations to Europe and the USA. Therefore a change from a
local domain to an international was appropriate.
Q3: “Who sponsors those gifts”?
A3: All awards are sponsored by the event organisers or their guests presenting to the
public. In our experience, all companies hold a percentage of sales to invest in
advertising.
Q4: “If everyone go and sit there wait for the prizes, where they find the fund to supports all
these gifts”?

Q5: “Just wondering... what do they want for us”.
A5:Our events are designed to brand a company to a consumer through a positive experience. Trail advertising (which may include a humble tasting sample of a company’s produce to a month long trail of a super yacht ) is designed to give a positive experience between the advertised product and the potential client in a way printed publications or television advertisements cannot. Companies now brand their products with this “enhanced experience” and gain future loyal / repeat business. The potential customer trails the product, service or produce without financial commitment, usually within a pleasant environment where the potential customer is then rewarded or made to feel important or special in some relevant manner.
Q6: “My colleague also received calls a few times and finally he said he want to go and the lady asked him a few question included his household income, when he said less than A6: RM14k per month then the lady said sorry he was not qualified”.

Hi.. i received a call on Thursday evening for the said durian expo @ mv.. the caller said i will get an email in 15 mins but nothing. Contacted your hotline on Friday, she said will drop an email but still nothing..
If its a reputable company as claimed, i wonder why would yr company call me & advertise, only to go MIA 🙄
