get 7 instead, now around RM1.9k on Shopee ( sold by Mobile Corner ) or can just get from mobile2go aka GStore on Lazada at RM1999, these are all china set 8+256

855 is definitely better than 845 and battery performance is better too

WIll they help flash to local OS (Oxygen)?

I am using OnePlus 2 and thinking for an upgrade. Hard time deciding between OP7 vs S10e vs P30

Before using OP2, I was on Galaxy S3 and the bloatware is just too bad. Not sure if it has improved since then.

Very much. Samsung has much evolved from the earlier Touchwiz to Samsung Experience to One UI now. Bloatware has been drastically reduced on the One UI but the firmware is still far from "perfect". Compared to Oxygen, One UI is still not at its level, yet.

AH, thanks for the feedback.. Now, how and where does Huawei P30 fall compared to these 2 devices?

In terms of camera quality, how does 7T fare against S10e?

When 7T is launched in Malaysia, will it be higher than S10? Any guesses?

All the depend on personal preference

Would prefer to get 7T as it is quite similar to 7Pro.

You would have to redo all the Qualcomm modem settings every time you update your phone... unless it is a partial update.
Yes. the 7T is slightly smaller in size and some people (like me) would prefer its smaller size. I wish they make the OP7T the size of the OP6 and OP6T. The OP7 Pro is just way too big for me. But after looking at the pictures, the 7T seems not that small as well.

If the price of the 7T is similar to the 7 Pro. then might as well get the 7 Pro. More so especially when it's price is dropping now since the OP7T and OP7T Pro is here.

What do you think the price will be like for 7T? Cheaper or more expensive than 7Pro?

I'm seriously thinking about getting an op7 china ap set for around 1.8-1.9k from shopee. Coming from samsung s10e with exynos chipset i knew battery life would be way, way better but how about camera quality, is it okay-ish, bearable or straight terrible? Gotta set my expectation before really click the buy button.

But we still don't know how much will it cost. Atleast with current op7 price still cheap-ish, can get china ap set with 8gb ram or local set with 6gb on shopee gor around 1.8-1.9k. Yes i know camera will be worse compared to the s10e hence why i asked how it is.
I'm avoiding the pro because the motorized front camera aren't really my liking.
Battery life. Exynos s10e got horrible battery life. I like everything else about the phone; manageable size, great performance, beautiful camera, loud dual stereo speaker, beautiful screen but the battery are making my life miserable. Its 2019 and i can't believe I'm still got the urge to check battery percentage every so often but with exynos s10e thats how it is, might die in pocket doing nothing because even the standby drain are horrible.

I am also torn between S10e vs 7T. My main preference is camera, smoothness and battery. Now banking hope on 7T, hopefully it wont be too costly.

Wow, you really save a lot with 5 generation flagship models

I think 4 generations since there are no OP4? OP2 that I own right now seems to be the least impressive amongst all

Exactly, and because of the hype I quickly went for OP2 hoping it will be even better. Who knows..

And OP2 design also is not appealing to begin with. Speaking of that, does OP2 camera has IOS? I kinda hate the camera quality tbh

Yeah, with OP devices, the game plan will be to wait for AP sets smile.gif

The key difference between AP and local sets from XF is only the warranty?
