Prize 3.4k......malaysia set.....thinking of getting import set but recent news about this phone price cut change my mind....better get malaysia set for peace of mind....

The phone is definitely one of the best money can buy on the market right now. Whether to buy Malaysian set or imported set boils down to personal preference. If you would ask me, I usually buy imported sets to save up on entry price. Never had any issues with imported sets since my OP1 till now. Anyway, there has been too many changes in distributors for oneplus phones in Malaysia since Op3. From Britghstar to Mihan and to Xian Feng now, I couldn't be bothered with my sets anymore.

Problem still persists its kinda weird, sometime it will work blazing fast, just slightly tap the screen will unlock

and sometime doesnt work at all until it prompt to unlock using pin

same thing..it will prompt a message saying 'not recognised'

then after 3 tries, pin unlock required.

Oneplus 7 user here. Just noticed this morning i cant access several websites and map based apps like rainalarm or flightradar24. Even oneplus forum inaccessible, but youtube, insta and fb messenger loads very fast. Switched to wifi(unifi) and everything could be accessed as usual. Did a phone restart to no avail only workaround is to use wifi.

Am using Digi not sure if there is intermittent connection issue with this telco, phone is showing 4g+ with full signal bar. Anyone having this problem now?

most probably Digi issue if wifi no problem

Noticed a peculiar incident where the charging rapidly beep happen a few times in a row, but restarting the phone fixed the issue though.

I believe, the Digi is unstable sometimes.

for my case, the signal may drop for a few seconds to one minute.

I think I have set up more than 3-4... no issues with the battery tbh.

Thanks. I do set up 2 fp before but theres change to my battery usage especially on "Oneplus launcher" so i thought that is 2nd fp problem since its the only settings i change. I guess its just me using more than the usual but didnt notice it and decide to just make random conclusion. Now i feel a little bit better.

Dont lar go check on your battery stats every hour. Relax and enjoy using the phone and its features to the max. Its the main reason you bought the phone right?

plus i need to check which rogue app stealing my batter usage the most.

Expect around 7 hours SOT +- for your Pro. The battery life is actually damn good.
