That problem only occured during the sales of OP7 pro and OP7. Didn't heard the same issue also happened for OP7T pro and Op7T.

No surprise in there. Seeing that a lot of users (including me) complained about the imbalance weight of OP7 pro due to the mechanical selfie cam. It's kind of expected that they will ditch it in this year.

That's why I seldom mention S10 lite in S20 thread. I was planning to post a speed comparison between exynos 990 vs SD855 (already out in youtube) in that thread, but then I cancelled the plan (you know why). The truth is out there. But not everyone can handle the truth. You and I are lucky since we already learned the truth through all these years.

As expected bro. This year all SD865 FLAGSHIP phones will be quite expensive since it's integrated with 5G chip. I am afraid that even Xiaomi flagship may reach the RM4000 territory this year............

Seeing those SD865 prices, I suddenly realize the last year SD chip is a real bargain! Fortunately, I own 2 SD855 phones (OP7Pro and S10 lite). I think I will stick to these 2 phones for a very long period, until 5G becomes a common thing in here. LOL

Of course, if buying imported phone, the price is far cheaper. But if it becomes official in here, I am sure it will reach RM3000 or more due to high mark up.

And don't forget, Black Shark 3, which is a low spec phone, only come with 1080P + 90hz display screen (the pro version is 2k). So naturally it should be cheaper than those 2k + 120hz phones out there (eg. Oppo Find X2 Pro).

But you are right. Not all SD865 phones are expensive since there's some low spec phones.

So I guess I should change my previous statement abit to avoid confusion.

This year all SD865 FLAGSHIP phones will be quite expensive.

Last year OP7 Pro was RM3699 during official launch. The top dog Oneplus 8 Pro sure will be more than RM4000 (local set price), if the main distributor is still the same. The only option for you is AP set, if you prefer cheaper price.

Someone already posted a speed comparison video in S20 thread, a few pages back, you can check it out. The result is....well. it's expected. SD is faster than exynos, in small margin.

Honestly, as an OP7 pro owner, I quite agree with his opinions.

Samsung. Ya. it's kind of hard to believe right? Samsung used to be the slowpoke one in term of software update. But in this year, they beat up all the other phone manufacturers. I own 2 Samsung phones and both of them got update once per month, sometimes even twice per month.

I also own Oneplus 7 pro and Xiaomi Mi 10 as well. Both of them got updates like one in 3 months. Sad to say that these 2 companies which used to be the best in software update, are getting behind the train slowly.

Updated to Android 11 couple days ago. Yes. I do notice the screen color is changed. It's not as sharp as before, no matter how I configure the display setting.
