QUOTE(nexona88 @ Aug 5 2019, 12:09 PM) extra $10 to save time and for some, petrol and parking to nearest agent/PNB itself.QUOTE(xeon1989 @ Aug 5 2019, 12:23 PM) Will the "Switching" amount calculated for dividend? I assume follow the month's minimum balance rule. Meaning that if you switch after the 1st, both fund lose dividend for the amount you switch. For eg I switch 100 units from ASM1 to ASM2, will it take minimum amount of units in both ASM1 (after switch) and ASM2 (before switch)? QUOTE(john123x @ Aug 5 2019, 12:40 PM) Regarding the switching feature, I am scratching my head on how it works? Especially when there is no units available ASN can easily retain units no?QUOTE(Chounz @ Aug 5 2019, 12:55 PM) Oh shit, then I need to go any agent there purchase again? sometimes bankers also don't know.OMG, I was like keep on ask the banker, do I need to buy any unit. That guy just tell me register can ady. Very unprofessional at all. since you already open account, try register online and see can or not loh. And go buy $10, not $100. The lower the amount, the higher the chance to strike. QUOTE(Chounz @ Aug 5 2019, 12:57 PM) Can I know then how you help your mom’s fren register? She already has ASN account and units years before me. Just need to ensure phone number is registered with ASN for the TAC.Do you go back to bank agent buy another unit? Need to quote ASNB acc no? Nowadays most people use IC number to trace other accounts. no need ASN account although she brought her ASN passbook along. This post has been edited by beLIEve: Aug 5 2019, 01:39 PM |

QUOTE(john123x @ Aug 5 2019, 01:40 PM) yeah, when people sell, they can retain units mah. Or simply add your switch request into a special queue, when there are units available, switch immediately before releasing to public.someone has to try and find out This post has been edited by beLIEve: Aug 5 2019, 01:48 PM |

QUOTE(john123x @ Aug 5 2019, 01:51 PM) In people who loves balancing their pie chart we trust.I just wanted to balance between ASM1 and ASM2, but rather wait and see if more ASM2 will be available after dividend. Not willing to lose 1 month dividend for this exercice. This post has been edited by beLIEve: Aug 5 2019, 02:03 PM |

QUOTE(JeffryKL @ Aug 5 2019, 03:47 PM) dont do anything yet ler, the system not ready and they already give notice as below.suddenly your 1mil units go missing because of software bugs haha this is the old notice. probably they forget to remove it. maybe you can inform them and they give you bonus $10 unitsNOTIS PENTING: Sebarang urus niaga jualan balik, pertukaran antara akaun atau pemindahan tidak boleh dilakukan di portal pada masa ini. QUOTE(fun_feng @ Aug 7 2019, 04:22 PM) So hard to buy, u think can buy until 70m? buy at the right time, 70m sap sap sui. The sale in Feb lasted like 4 hours. I'm sure many sapu 30k a pop. There were some similar sale before that. only limitation is how loaded you are and FPX.btw.. nowadays is soso hard.... even first of month also hard according to credible sources, very easy to buy last year. 1 month can get close to 1m. QUOTE(fun_feng @ Aug 7 2019, 04:39 PM) I edited my post loh.Still, it is possible. QUOTE(bristlebb @ Aug 7 2019, 04:43 PM) if i have 70m i will just put it in FD, and enjoy my time doing what i like. there is a saying, greed knows no bounds. Assume 5% dividend from ASMx and 4% from FD. 1% of 70m = 700k a year = 60k a month. If you catcha or hire someone to, you get extra 60k a month to enjoy.for what go through the hassle of captcha-ing until 70m? lol |

QUOTE(john123x @ Aug 9 2019, 09:21 PM) another trick is use another bank. UOB hasn't failed me too because they have some form of backup using their Mighty Secure. A few times did not receive the authorization prompt, but I can fallback to using the OTP generator on my phone. In Public Bank and UOB I trust.I give up on maybank, its TAC is very very slow. and thats why i switch to Public Bank. Hong Leong died on FPX today. Display some connection failure to FPX on their end. |

QUOTE(nexona88 @ Aug 9 2019, 10:46 PM) Maybank2me, even when I use credit card, the TAC takes a few seconds to come in. that's off business hours.CIMB seldom use, so I can't comment much. AmBank was doing maintenance during business hours once (I'm sure it's something important that they need to address, but for ASMx, this is "unacceptable"). Fortunately, I wasn't using it to buy ASMx that time. Hong Leong FPX died on me after striking 1x2k today, obviously I'm not too happy with that. So like I said, in Public Bank and UOB I trust. unless you declare income in ASN much higher than to LHDN, the only thing you need to worry is your 1money is already with ASN. Too late to worry about LHDN now.
