Oh hi... Didn't expect to see you here
You can use MyDigi app to send a report to them.
Tap the 3 horizontal lines button on top left corner, select Support.
On "Report an Issue" section, tap Network Coverage.
Fill up the details there.
At the "What is the error message displayed on your device?", do explain your internet surfing experience at the affected area, so that they can have a clearer picture, something like:
- I tried speed test and both download and upload speed is just 1-2Mbps / sometimes barely 1Mbps / tried to perform speed test, but it shows Connection Error instead
- Can't even load Youtube videos / YouTube videos keep buffering / Can't even send out WhatsApp message / Facebook takes forever to load
- It happens all the time, day and night.

Well good luck in your dealings with Digi: I emailed them in 2016 about the poor 4G signal in my area and they gave me a call and told me there was going to be a tower upgrade in 4 months' time, and the signal actually improved a lot since then.
But others in this forum say nothing has improved since their complaints.
Digi just got back to me and they've told me that there's other people complaining about the same area as well.... but then they said they will try to fix it as soon as possible
Btw, Digi broadband line( USB modem) is using the same line like the one used for the phone?
