Hi, new I’m new to Digi(recently MNP in) if I were to complain about poor coverage, which is the best place to complain about it?

That area used to be poor coverage for all major telco... already complain to maxis and Umobile to fix the issue, wanted to do the same for digi as well

- I tried speed test and both download and upload speed is just 1-2Mbps / sometimes barely 1Mbps / tried to perform speed test, but it shows Connection Error instead
- Can't even load Youtube videos / YouTube videos keep buffering / Can't even send out WhatsApp message / Facebook takes forever to load
- It happens all the time, day and night.

Yup, just joined Digi for less than 12 hours, I’m not sure if it’s like a good idea to do that? Like day 1 already complain to digi


Wow, they even have it built into the app, no other telco did this

I see, since I’m on digi less than 24 hours, I think I should be concern about their impression since day 1 already make complain?

Actually for that area, all telco have poor signal, need to complain to telco to get coverage at that area( already complained to maxis and Umobile) wanted to do the same for digi, just that should I do it on day 1

Digi just got back to me and they've told me that there's other people complaining about the same area as well.... but then they said they will try to fix it as soon as possible

Btw, Digi broadband line( USB modem) is using the same line like the one used for the phone?

Hi, Is calls dropping when made/received via WiFi calling normal on Digi?

Even my call got dropped when I was on the call with digi

It's the visual voicemail popup. Someone suggest to put the sim into other phone, then record a voicemail then try delete it. But I don't have other phone to try yet.

I remember seeing rm11.xx for the unbilled amount yesterday and today it reset itself to rm0 or maybe they've decided that it's too low to bill me so they carry it over to the next month
