What is a "dupe SIM card"?

Have you logged into your MyDigi account to see if the registered details are there? Are the information/particulars in there yours?

First, you should recall how you get this sim card.
Do u get it via legal way? As a user, u must be aware that u need to register the sim card with your IC.


I suppose have to call digi call centre or walk in. I no see anyway to check in digi app unless chat with digi via support in digi app?

A random lazada SIM card seller already had my details but simply register under bangla or whatever fake name. I am triggered just because of not eligible for SST rebate.

If it's annoying enough, consider disabling voicemail altogether?

I'm not a fan of the voicemail service, so I always make it a point to disable it whenever I get a new line...

Settings > Apps > Phone > Clear Storage
