If your prepaid is best 2016 you get unlimited social and daily 1gb 1pm-7pm plus monthly 2gb weekdays + 2gb weekend.

If your prepaid is live you get 1gb 1pm-7pm and monthly 2gb all day + 2gb weekend + 10gb video music

not normal prepaid live or best. that is Digi Monthly Plan 28. Prepaid but automatic RM28 deduct on 28th.

So you didnt get free 10gb video benefit

Just spoken to digi customer service for some clarification on the Box Of Suprise RM28 plan.

1. The plan comes with "Always Active"
2. The plan has rollover data upon successful renewal on time. Is this true?
3. There is no extra free 2gb data (customers stayed with digi more thn 3 months) on top of the 5gb data when plan renew. Is this true?

Are you sure? Digi has been telling its users otherwise. And it deducted my main quota back in April/May time.

Yes, have been try multiple time, when i hotspot it deduce my free quota, not main quota

Last time, Digi Live and Digi Best 2017 were interchangable and FOC. Not sure if change the call plan to Best 2017 is possible or not.

Currently, you can only buy Live Prepaid SIM pack off the shelf, but you can change the plan to Best Prepaid 2017 through the USSD menu.
