Hey guys, I have subscribed to Digi Unlimited Postpaid 150 and I have my phone set up a mobile hotspot. The problem is on my other devices connected to the hotspot, every short period say 15-20 minutes, suddenly there is no internet connection eventhough I am still connected to the hotspot. I have to log in to my phone, or let it watch a YouTube video, whatever it is to keep the phone "active" so that the internet connection does not turn off by itself. Is this something built in by Digi or something I need to adjust in the phone? (btw I did not set any data limit in the phone). Thanks in advance

Check your phone settings. Depending on your phone model, there could be a time-out setting for data hotspot connection. You need to turn it off so that it won't auto disconnect after a certain time.

Or, check your power mgmt setting. You may need to put the hotspot app into the whitelist.

Or, set your display (lock) screen timer to disabled.

BTW, if your phone is Huawei type, then it could be the aggressive power mgmt disabling activities after lock screen kicks in.

Someone said port-in OneXOX for 28 months need to topup and also agent fee which could accumulate up to RM30-RM50

How about Prepaid? Afaik they might allow but up to RM300 only.
