QUOTE(ic3rock @ Apr 21 2020, 01:53 PM) Saw people post at FB, digi 50(s) plan with month Rm50 and 50gb data, anyone know about this? Only for those offered by Digi, to retain customers. I got offered by them when I wanted to port out my Digi Infinite 150 but didn't accept because 50GB isn't enough for me.

QUOTE(ic3rock @ Apr 21 2020, 07:46 PM) I see, but now someone direct offer this package in FB. Malaysia telco no standard at all, got a lot different hidden packages. QUOTE(phhweittt @ Apr 21 2020, 07:56 PM) Oh i see. I thought it's open for public If can get, then get it but don't be scammed by dealer. I tried to get Infinite 100(s) but they gave me 50(s) instead. This 100(s) is exactly the same as Infinite 150 but paying 100 only. Don't mistaken it with Infinite 100, that's with 10Mbps speed only.

Maxis' premium price says it all. If paying premium but still getting shitty speed, that's gonna be a joke.

So far I'm happy with Digi. Even my friend, her husband is a top management in Maxis MNP-ed her Digi line to Maxis but she feels Digi is better.

QUOTE(judehow @ Apr 23 2020, 11:11 PM) I'm in PJ, working in Mid Valley area, go back to Seremban very often and sometimes in PD, no issue at all. All telcos also depend on location.

QUOTE(frostiron93 @ May 16 2020, 12:50 AM) Hey guys, I have subscribed to Digi Unlimited Postpaid 150 and I have my phone set up a mobile hotspot. The problem is on my other devices connected to the hotspot, every short period say 15-20 minutes, suddenly there is no internet connection eventhough I am still connected to the hotspot. I have to log in to my phone, or let it watch a YouTube video, whatever it is to keep the phone "active" so that the internet connection does not turn off by itself. Is this something built in by Digi or something I need to adjust in the phone? (btw I did not set any data limit in the phone). Thanks in advance Using the same plan too but no such issue. I'm using it in a router though. Maybe you can post here instead for Infinite plans discussion: https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=4676932

QUOTE(chkwong @ May 16 2020, 10:56 AM) Check your phone settings. Depending on your phone model, there could be a time-out setting for data hotspot connection. You need to turn it off so that it won't auto disconnect after a certain time. Or, check your power mgmt setting. You may need to put the hotspot app into the whitelist. Or, set your display (lock) screen timer to disabled. BTW, if your phone is Huawei type, then it could be the aggressive power mgmt disabling activities after lock screen kicks in. Err.. You replied to the wrong person, I don't have issue with it. frostiron93 FYI.

QUOTE(WaCKy-Angel @ Jun 4 2020, 08:37 AM) How about Prepaid? Afaik they might allow but up to RM300 only. Prepaid is controlled by you, I don't think there is a refund. MNP and termination - burn your credit Change to postpaid - carry the balance to offset first bill
