what sms ? all my 6 digi prepaid number did not received any digi promotion sms.

today i checked, my digi postpaid rm50, bumped up to 20gb all day. i wonder if this is permanent?

not complaining, since extra data is always good, previously when i signed up its only 5gb, and i can't even finish that in a month...

Who knows other way to pay Digi bills with rebate? Suddenly Lazada and Shopee omitted Digi bills payment. I'm not happy with that.

We have the same approach to these rebates. CC is good but that's not ideal. Maybe before the times of e-wallet that's the only way to go.

Anyone faced digi roaming unable to connect to anything but edge during roaming? Experienced twice already.. wasted money to buy the roaming pass but totally unusable.. am on digi prepaid, roaming in china

I was there 12 days, north east (recent cny)
10 days Beijing.. beijing sometimes ok (oct 2019)

Tried both iphone xr and huawei p10 both problematic

Hmm... today my bank RM told me she cannot get through my number. So I tested indeed no calls can get through.

After extensive testing, I conclude it is the 4G network. Only when I change to  3G and 2G network and WIFI-calling I get incoming calls. Actually I don't know how long this problem is. I am using Huawei P20 pro. FYI I really tested a lot using maxis sim card then another phone, etc. So the problem is not the phone and also not the sim card. Only when the huawei phone meshes with Digi the problem happened. Then tested further on the diff networks... Call out and mobile data no issue.

Just want to check with folks here, if you are on Digi 4G are you able to receive incoming calls? This is definitely something frustrating. Oh I am on prepaid too, not sure if it matters.

i am in PJ area and mobile data is very slow even though showing as 4g

about the MCO offer, dg seems to be just profiteering... they should target people with no income these two weeks... give them a real freebie like a validity extension or extra data without expecting them to go out buy top up

my word "target" may have been ambiguous

what I meant is the offers should benefit those in need the most even if they extend to all users

my example of validity extension would help those trying to save on top up yet remain active

whereas for users who can afford to maintain a monthly data subscription it makes less difference

that is for postpaid users only
