QUOTE(retsmot @ Jan 8 2020, 10:17 AM) today i checked, my digi postpaid rm50, bumped up to 20gb all day. i wonder if this is permanent? Yes, permanent. Digi Postpaid no longer separates quota based on weekends and weekdays. I hope Celcom will do the same too, currently paying RM 10 to have all-day data but paid by company. not complaining, since extra data is always good, previously when i signed up its only 5gb, and i can't even finish that in a month... |

QUOTE(Chyan @ Jan 8 2020, 08:48 PM) Who knows other way to pay Digi bills with rebate? Suddenly Lazada and Shopee omitted Digi bills payment. I'm not happy with that. I hope it is just temporary too, I have started using only this month due to changes in my usual credit card spending criteria.I can use AmEx for 5% but I try not to as I have other spending. |

QUOTE(RDoe @ Jan 9 2020, 07:10 PM) Anybody wants a Tiger Sugar RM9.99 for 2 Drinks worth up to RM27.40 MyDigi Rewards voucher? Gave out for free, so generous. Expiring 14 Jan 2020, and I'd like to give it away. Please PM your Digi number if you're able to make use of this voucher. I'll then transfer it to you via the app. Edit: Thanks for interests, booked and awaiting transfer. QUOTE(Chyan @ Jan 9 2020, 07:43 PM) We have the same approach to these rebates. CC is good but that's not ideal. Maybe before the times of e-wallet that's the only way to go. Yeah, I'm OK with CC rebate but just that the criteria changes, so I need other online spending. |

Yes, unlimited calls should not include 1300 no. Other telcos also not offering it.
If follow postpaid's unlimited calls rule, it is excluded. |

QUOTE(zr125 @ Jan 19 2020, 11:08 AM) Digi staff told me that ambassador zero is still available. It is just a matter of the staff want to give you or not.. What I understand there's no more such selection. My contacts in Digi are not able to do it anymore but I'm already using one since 2008. I regretted didn't convert my other lines to this plan when it was still available. |

QUOTE(joeblow @ Mar 6 2020, 11:22 PM) Hmm... today my bank RM told me she cannot get through my number. So I tested indeed no calls can get through. If 4G only then will have this issue unless on VoLTE. You will need to leave your network to Auto. After extensive testing, I conclude it is the 4G network. Only when I change to 3G and 2G network and WIFI-calling I get incoming calls. Actually I don't know how long this problem is. I am using Huawei P20 pro. FYI I really tested a lot using maxis sim card then another phone, etc. So the problem is not the phone and also not the sim card. Only when the huawei phone meshes with Digi the problem happened. Then tested further on the diff networks... Call out and mobile data no issue. Just want to check with folks here, if you are on Digi 4G are you able to receive incoming calls? This is definitely something frustrating. Oh I am on prepaid too, not sure if it matters. |

QUOTE(son of pablo @ Mar 12 2020, 02:30 PM) is anybody facing mobile data outage today? Nope. I'm working for 4 days already at home, I'm in PJ using Digi Infinite 150.i am in PJ area and mobile data is very slow even though showing as 4g I can still do video and voice conferencing with my colleagues. Connected to company's VPN. Mobile connected to WiFi also super fast, can watch tonnes of YT videos with full resolution. This post has been edited by fruitie: Mar 12 2020, 02:43 PM |

QUOTE(dgboy @ Mar 23 2020, 06:47 PM) about the MCO offer, dg seems to be just profiteering... they should target people with no income these two weeks... give them a real freebie like a validity extension or extra data without expecting them to go out buy top up I wonder how do they know if you are without income? |

QUOTE(dgboy @ Mar 23 2020, 11:35 PM) my word "target" may have been ambiguous Oh ya. But free 1GB data everyday seems OK la.what I meant is the offers should benefit those in need the most even if they extend to all users my example of validity extension would help those trying to save on top up yet remain active whereas for users who can afford to maintain a monthly data subscription it makes less difference |

I was having UniFi issue back in hometown so I switched to Digi Infinite for a while to get my work done, I usually can get 4G+ from the same spot as high as 160Mbps but today no matter how I tried I only got 4G... And max only 90Mbps.
Tomorrow will try out again. I have stopped using Digi Infinite since March 16th, so I really hope it is due to MCO... |
