can we kill a sim card chip by entering wrong puk many times and still be eligible for free replacement?

they say the sim will self-erase itself after 10 attempts. i don't need sim replacement, and no time to try. lol.

my digi BOS has offers for 3gb 15 days internet pass and 1gb 1 day internet pass. if i buy both which will be deducted first? anyone knows the rule by digi for data deduction order?
