filed a report to request for refund of unredeemed vouchers 2 weeks ago, and now it is suddenly set to pending closure. now that they disabled live chat, had to wait 10 minutes on the phone to a get a consultant. i asked for status, she said still processing. i then asked why closing my report when still processing? she said, it's like that one, don't worry!

maybe they limit the number of extension to 1 or 2 times per line.

just went to redeem moo cow this evening. not taking chances, not going to give digi free money again. aslo refrained from buying any vouchers this month.

Digi is reading and from now it will be harder than get refunds.

for march, digi did announce they were going to either extend or refund. for april, they got smarter and kept quiet so we shouldn't have taken the risks.

now that many are returning to work, good to know that telcos are still giving out free data for 8am to 6pm.

they always do 2 weeks. the 8am-6pm data plan is activated on 2 weeks basis and your validity is extended accordingly to allow you to use the free data.

give you 2 weeks, now you want 1 month...later they become like hotlink and ask you to redeem daily

then you won't get free validity and free 1 sen

digi gives free data in blocks of 14 days. if yours got activated/renewed recently, it should continue to work after May 12.

i have a number with data plan ending on the 15. let's see if digi will be giving extension.

not batch by batch. for digi, it depends on the expiry of the data plan. on the expiry date itself or 1 day before.

yours got extended before May 12. after May 12, nobody knows if there will be extension. even those people on unifi thread aren't sure if they will get free data after May 12.

lol, you still don't understand. digi's free data comes in blocks of 14 days. only if your free data plan expires tomorrow, then you will know. you don't lose it at 12.01am or in the middle of the night if there are many days remaining in your free data plan.
