So gave them a call and ask why, CS said Agoda doesn't use 3D Secure hence why it failed. Ok, I asked to enable my card for non 3D Secure transaction, guess what they reply? Oh sir, we can't do so. The only way for us to do is to cancel your card and re-issue you a new card so you can use it for non 3D secure transactions.
