hello, quantum 2 cards , if i apply, can i dont want visa? can i call to cancel visa after activation?

my statement date is 26th
i top up bigpay with my quantum card on 25th. i just check my statement , no transaction and no cb of the 25th top up. any chance i can call to CS ask them to win the argument of my march rm30 cashback ? |

apply thru pbcs_online@publicbank.com.my 5 working days no response
submit to custsvc@publicbank.com.my on 12/4 get my cards on 16/4. i received 1 PIBB VISA platinum only. due to i mentioned in my email as so. thus no need call to cancel mastercard. u guys can try my method. 1) should i make my first spend today? or should i wait May for the rm80 ? then i wasted my april rm30 cb quota. please advise 2) is using same statement cycle as my pbb quantum and pbb VS ? or it will have a diff statement cycle? |

i read the RM38 CashBack Campaign TnC and not understand, we need to register SMS 1 time for month 1,2,3 cashback, or need to register SMS for 3 times each for oct,nov,dec ?

1) PIBB Platinum Visa i just realised 4% capped RM30 to 2% capped RM15, since when started? Ques: the 2% RM15 still applicable to eWallet Reload? 2) PB VS Ques: 2x PPL access, can 30days before/after's RM1000 spend on eWallet Reload? 3) Public Bank Quantum MasterCard Previously apply for online cashback Ques: Now, what is left the benefit if no go oversea? |
