Don't know why, somehow after added card to auto-reload, been spending more than usual... On RFID toll and retail payments .... Lazy to use cash to pay ...

same here.

Called PB CS to unlock. CS said BP have many scam activities, after 3/4 times reload, they will block it.

just reload BP RM 100 - 7x via PBB VS, 1x via QM, 3x via PIB

want to ask, are islamic card's transactions included for the contest as qualifying transaction?

Woke up with 4 OTP sms received for my VS
Card being compromised.
My VS solely used for BP reload.
Called CS to cancel.

share my fraud transaction happened to my PBI card...

checked my online statement via desktop and noted on fraud transaction, immediately called CS and blocked the card.

within few days, i received new replacement card.

i hardly use this card, last transaction was FoodPanda on 4 Jun, and earlier transactions were BigPay reload in 1 May.

Yesterday evening my Affin duo card also had fraud transaction. Just called CS to complaint... CS informed my card will be blocked and my case transfer to fraud team, they will call me back within 1 week.

No mentioned about replacement card as it will handled by fraud team as well...

Big SOP different compared with PBB...
