If you 1 shot RM688, you won't face this issue

On my way Junior Member 501 posts Joined: Dec 2008	Statement date 6th. Called to dispute cashback on 11th. Gotten the amount today, 13th. BTW, the CS did seem to check whether my transactions all took place before 1st Oct, as I was put on hold for quite some time.

On my way Junior Member 501 posts Joined: Dec 2008	I tried to buy prepaid reload online and got the message i need to use securesign. Setup for it in PB Engage, said pending activation. I emailed customer service using email address given, gotten reply that relevabt department shall revert me within 14 days..... Why need so long?
