Thought it has been like this for years?  Encountered this when UOBPayonline was still available where you can pay multiple merchants at one go, but PBB will block on 3rd transaction.

I am upset with Ringgit plus and PBB

I registered for their Quantum CC through ringgit plus in the hopes of getting RM1k cashback

it took them about 2 weeks for the card to arrive

They ended up giving me 2 quantum CC (1 platinum, and 1 normal i guess )

Now i activated my Credit cards and they straight charge me RM25 for SST FOR BOTH CARDS

i feel am gambling in the hopes of getting this RM1k gift

According to them, the first 100 customer to activate and spend RM250 will get RM1k gift

Now i have TWO credit cards, being charged RM50 on SST and i have to spend RM500

Any forummer got any suggestion what should i do?

Just go along in the hopes of getting that RM1k? or cancel both cards?

Where is the lazada rm50 voucher? Seems like not many ppl win? Nobody report receiving them anymore.

I didn’t get my cash back rm30 this month from public bank quantum master card.
Instead I received negative rm0.11 as CB. Spending 2000+ on boost and shopee , never miss the rm30 CB before on these spending. I don’t even know how the negative Rm 0.11 come from...
The only special thing is that this month I received money from eToro into quantum master card for investment redemption.
Anyone have this experience?

Just to update on bigpay backdated, i got reply from CS via email. They said will manually include the transaction into the Month 1 tabulation.

when you are holding PB conventional cards or cancelled within 2 years (if i remember the period correctly), you are deemed not NTB to PIB.

Which one, the 50% caped at RM80? Mine 1.5 months from date of fulfilment.

Called CS, asked why I am not getting RM 25 activation bonus for my PIB Visa Plat. She said I'm not considered NTB. Currently holding VS, VI, PB visa plat, Quantums. But I got the RM 80 cb for spending RM 500 and above for my PIB Visa plat. Should I dispute it?
