Guess it’s too late to do the 10 swipes for rm50 cashback this month.need to try next month haha

Just received my VS card.I didn’t apply, somehow received due to “my support of public bank” / have a home loan with them.
In my welcome letter it’s stated spend RM500 to get RM25 cashback within 2 months of card approval but they send the card to me early jan and I only received last week due to lost in transit/ haven’t back to office for ages and didn’t even know they send me a credit card lol
Should I call customer service and ask if I am still eligible for the RM25 cashback?
Anyone have such experience?
