Want to ask if i'm getting pbb quantum card and want to register for online banking, does it required going to bank for register?

16. For the purpose of this Campaign, “retail transaction” means the purchase of any
goods or services (local and overseas) with the use of the PB Credit Card/ PIB
Credit Card-i and may, at Public Bank’s discretion, include any PB Credit Card/
PIB Credit Card-i transaction as may be determined by Public Bank except for the
following transactions but not limited to:
a) “Flexipay” and “Zero Interest Instalment Plan” monthly instalment payment.
b) Balance Transfer
c) Auto-Debit and Recurring Payments
d) Payments for utilities, direct marketing, insurance premiums, government
related payments or payment via www.pbebank.com
e) Any refund, disputed, unauthorized or fraudulent retail transaction
f) Cash Advance / Cash Withdrawal, quasi cash, casino transactions, interest
payments, late payment fees, finance charges / Management Fee, annual fees,
reversals, payment to charity(ies) and any other form of service /
miscellaneous fees.

Does goods or services include online transaction?

Do i need to wait both quantum card arrived and active together or can active one and use first？

Anyone know the statement date will reflect after i active both quantum card? Because i already receive quantum master one week ago but till now quantum visa haven't receive.

No, i only activate the quantum master.

Just called CS. They said both card shipped out on different date, so have to wait a couple days. They post by mail drop so don't have tracking no.

Mine is

21 Feb: submission from RP whatsapp
2 Feb: approval SMS
4 Feb: received quantum master card

Another quantum visa till now not yet received

Yesterday called CS for resend a new visa card.

Anyone manage to ask for loyalty cashback sst for new card? Just now i called bank they say no for new card.

It send separately. I also receive another card after 2 weeks. But when i check the post date it is same as the other card.

Mostly how long is the posting date if on Saturday? Planning to use QV on 30th and my statement date also on 30th. This month quota already fully utilised.
