Could it be that your SST waiver is deducted from your VIP points?
I didn't know can ask for waiver so i redeemed my quantum visa VIP points for RM25 card service tax.
SInce my VIP points only enough for 1 card, my quantum master no get the adjustment.

Crap!, SST was charged in April statement, now is July already.
Can I still request for waiver or have to be within the charged statement month?
BTW, I wonder if after got SST waiver, then after some months, redeem VIP for RM25 card service tax is applicable or not?

My PIB Visa Platinum Credit Card had fraudulent charges yesterday

Yup, I contacted PB CS to cancel and replace card, they'll help to raise dispute the trx for investigation.
There were no OTP SMS, so I guess they were using my card on japan sony website which does not have 3D secure requirement.
Maybe used my card to buy gift cards which could be later be sold at discount.

Can we join both campaign given this clause?
