4x Boost (5th one, error card not charged)
3x Bigpay (4th one, card declined)

yes, pure online transactions campaign, the rm30/rm50

because the 4xboost + 3xbigpay already maxed out the card cb.
so the extra 3xTnG is just fulfill the 10x transactions for campaign.

Topup on 01 August, the transaction failed at bigpay after key in OTP. I saw the amount charged to my public bank credit card. But amount not added to my BigPay.

What should I do now ? Anyone experience this before ?

Already change to posted, it was unposted when I checked via PB Engage app yesterday.

Just an update, report the missing topup with BigPay support, they checked and refunded to my public bank credit card.

any info on new cash back campaign after current 10/30/50 campaign end on 31 August ?

I want to check, for the maxis pay in maxis app.
After payment, the card saved in maxis app, for next payment, does it prompt for the OTP ?

or I need to remove the saved card everytime to entitle for the VS cash back?

just want to ask, for the pb conventional and islamic, the phone number to reach CS is same ? how about the CS email ? just got my add-on card, want try to waive the SST.

3 years ago, when I got the add-on QM, I able to waive the SST when they approved and issued the card.

for indah water payment, is that count for the 8% utility campaign?
what is the latest date transaction still can get the 8% ?

you are correct, for month 1, my last bill payment is on 29/11, still able to get the cb.
plus now no more cb for ewallet topup and min spend rm100 for cb, a lot of ppl cancel this card, i guess...
