If my credit card statement is 6th of every month, when will my statement be out? It is already 8th but still cannot get my statement yet

Just found out that top up TNG ewallet with PBB VS has no cash back. Wrote to PBB to ask. Was told that the transaction code used by PBB is not entitled for cash back. Anyone experience the same?

any sure if this info is relevant to anyone.
Called PBB CS to check on my cashback after getting my statement. They said they will do so but didn't get back to me on this. However I got the missing cash back on 12th. My statement is dated 4th. Quite "substantial" as I normally max it out. Was told new "rules" apply on 1 Oct but I have not transactions between 1 - 4 Oct. So my calculation is valid. |
