i just called today to cancel my Mastercard (I have combined limit with Visa).
She just said OK and will cancel it. Didnt say cannot or need to email etc.

Just checked my account-->cancelled already. biggrin.gif

I did. I emailed them asking to waive as regular customer I think.
They didnt reply the email, but it was credited last Dec. Rm25 as CASH REWARDS/DEBIT REVERSAL ADJUSTMENT.

did you try to email them? i got it via email request, saw another user got using email too.
