Where is the lazada rm50 voucher? Seems like not many ppl win? Nobody report receiving them anymore.

Next day another CS called back told me no need transfer but can redeem it directly
And he said he can do it for me
So I redeemed for BIG points without filling up any forms

I'm a bit confused about 9 Nov to 8 Dec, min RM 200 spent to get RM 30, but max cashback is RM 50? And it didn't say how much percentage of cashback, so how much need to spend to get the RM 50? Meaning 1 time RM 200 can get RM 30,so need total 2 times RM 200 to get RM 50?
