Hi guys, I have applied Quantum cards from Ringgitplus, normally how long is the process and how long it takes to approve and send to me?

there are tons of customer service phone number at public bank website, if I want to ask for SST waive/cashback, which number should I call?

around RM400 each card, wait I spend more and try again

I asked already, any SST waiver, any cashback, or any campaign that I spend a minimum amount then can get cashback for SST, the guy said no

then I don't see that is any special, if cant use credit card I would just pay through online banking. Way easier and faster.

Is applying through ringgitplus eligible for this? what if I only register after I spend the minimum amount? the minimum spending is starting from the approval date or from the registration date?

called PB regarding this issue, they said no problem on PB side, most probably is on TnG side's fault, no problem topping up other E-wallets.

no, cant top up at all, before 12am could still use other bank to top up TnG wallet, now all bank also can't... TnG server is really

PBB has the worst banking system + banking app among all the other banks in Malaysia. Face it.

And it seems many weeks are gone since they launch their new app, and yet they are still leaving it unsolved.

and the fact we have to walk in to their branch to make sure we can use their new app? That is purely stupid.

does it refresh every month? because I been using paywave but not over RM2000 per month, so far havent trigger me to use PIN yet

I called yesterday night for SST Rebate, the guy told me subject to approval, today morning I opened up my PBB app and the RM25 rebate is in for both of my cards.

PBB is so generous, one of the best bank and best customer service IMO
(I have cards with Citibank and Maybank and I know the pain to deal with them lol)
