Well, you can’t. Transfer from other bank that you have an account with, to the card.

Use Interbank Fund Transfer (DuitNow to Account Number or IBG GIRO).
Account number is your card number.

however, you can find loopholes for that: find petrol stations (counter) that doesnt use petrol MCC 5541/5542. Then can pump petrol with PB quantum visa (wave).
