My card was charged RM2700+ (fraud transaction) at 6am . PB support call me at afternoon to inform me this fraud & block my card immediately. The fraud transaction was reversed but less than what was charged earlier RM2600+ only. Is it possible for me to claim back the differences - about rm100+. Hi guys, sorry for asking this. If my last rm750 TnG reload is on june 23 via Public Islamic Bank Visa Platinum.But my statement date @ 11 July. Can i complain to bank negara since I m getting Rm15 CB only. Anyone can shares best email template to win this case ? Whit liked this post
