Their internal auditors will discover the split-statement-cash-back discrepancy during annual routine review. It is just a matter of time.

Paid for a hotel on booking.com. Booking then cancelled by me after found better hotel offer. Received the refund but it was 3%+ less than the amount paid. Making a loss of RM60. I suspect Public Bank charge 3% transaction fee on the refund...
