If I don't have memory crosslink, TNG saved card's MCC is Toll, not because it's saved card. Toll excluded from cashback.

Wow have to give a like to pbb cs. Today I just noticed that I was charged 25 sst for visa signature card. Then I call them and ask for sst waiver.

The cs told me can waive with spending of 500. Then I on the spot do the online transaction and told them done. Then the cs told me will do the rest and the rebate should be reflected in next statement. Such a good n nice response.

I was not able to wave because value of item at merchant was above RM250. So I had to enter PIN, and did not receive CB. Would CS assist in appealing this ?
