want to ask if i top up shopeepay by my pbb master quantum which already saving my card in payment method. is it consider online transaction which able to get cb fr bank?

just check my statement for June, my quantum master oni get RM18.25 cash back bonus, every month i spent rm600 to get rm30. wondering why cant get it? anyone of u facing same issue?

i top up 235 for tng. 365 for big pay. Now i realised rm365 x 5% = rm18.25
both transactions did on same day, why bp get cb but tng not get

but all these while i been using same method, for apr and may no issue get full cb. like tat i cant saved the card for following month

1) Am i qualify to get the cb monthly?
2) If item paid is rm600 and monthly installment is rm100, mean got cb of rm100 monthly for 6 months.
3) Or cb one shot rm600 tat i spend?
