Got my QV card after a few weeks (reapplied after cancelling earlier in the year),
utilized the 1st time pin transaction at Shell petrol pump, pressed cancel without spending anything, received SMS that the card is charged RM200, probably similar to the debit card RM200 holding amount. |

I cancelled out PIB Mastercard Platinum for the online form that I printed and filled up, resent email and received confirmation email on Thurs/Fri, still no records on eccris, need to monitor further or just wait for SMS confirmation.
Previous few applications kept getting rejected by RHB for their Shell card, hopefully won't affect anything. |

Mine showing 2 entries on eccris then 1 got approved and received only 1 sms. Now that I think of it shouldn't have crossed out platinum mastercard, what cards are you guys using for < RM30 groceries transactions?

thanks for the replies. Currently maxing out for ewallet cashbacks, finding alternative cards for groceries like affin VS for 3% paywave, maybank ikhwan for 5%, pib plat MC 4% groceries.
i think I'll just keep pib plat MC if they mail it to me, sst highly likely to get rebate too. |

Called for VS partial statement cashback, CS told me no such thing, can only have 1 cashback on a single statement, I asked if I could appeal to her management then she macam perasan (raised tone) but said will put in the request for rebate.
