hi guys, I have a current account with public bank few years back and I just applied for a credit card. I have activated the credit card via automated phone call and have done a few transactions. I thought I would have the access to credit card online statements via my online banking account but apparently not... I clicked on PB card but it says

Error Code : (E0001.3A.4293804456)
You do not have the relevant account.

I tried calling the customer service several times but they're forever engaged uhh
Is there other way I can access to my credit card online statement?
