Last week pbb rejected my CC application.

I regretted apply the CC online.

I should have go to their bank branches to apply manually.

How long is the cooldown period for me to apply again?

I really want this pbb card.

Fyi, ambank and hlb approved my CC application.

I have submitted my documents to the bank officer manually.

I was thinking to appeal but i read someone said if got rejected recently, bank won't entertain anything from you.

Need to wait some time then can apply again.

8 days ago I went to public bank to apply credit card.

I have submitted my documents to the bank officer.

I asked for her contact number so that I can follow up my cc application. But she refused to give and told me can contact CS to follow up.

I regretted very much to let her apply for me.

Until now no sms or email from pbb.

Checked ccris also no pending application.

Can i re-apply again with another banker?

Yes i called them again today and found out the bank that i submitted my documents haven't process my application.

Submitted my documents on 15/4 until now haven't process.

What is wrong with PBB?

You are absolutely right.

today checked with branch officer again, found out they use pos laju to courier my document to HQ.

they could be using the cheapest option which take forever to deliver.

Officer said it was out for delivery on 26/4 and HQ said haven't received.

15/4 submit

26/4 courier out

6/5 called CS said still no application

Today PIBB rejected my application again.

They rejected me 2 times already.

12/11/23 - Rejected

14/5/ 24 -Rejected

Same answer. No reason.

will wait November 2024 then apply again.

Apply until they approve me.

I have no problem getting credit card from other banks.

RHB approved my application last month.

This will be the last card that i want.

May i ask how many credit cards you have before you got your PBBi card approved?

I have 6 too.

but they rejected my 7th card.

maybe income not strong enough to get the 7th card.
