If i reload my BigPay card with PB Quantum Mastercard, do i eligible for the 5% online transaction rebate ?

Mostly i'm going to use the Bigpay to pay my utility bills (TNB, Unifi) ... thx to Maybank , my brother's Amex cannot enjoy any rebate for utility payment....

They will give RM 25 for RM 200 accumulative spending
and
RM 200 for RM 800 accumulative spending within 60 days from card of approval.

and then in the TnC
exception were
1. Flexi pay / Zero Interest Installment plan
2. Balance Transfer
3. Auto-debit / recurring payment
4. Payments for utilities, direct marketing, insurance premiums, government relatedpayments or payment via www.pbebank.com

I just want to ask
Question 1 :
Did anyone spend online RM 800 and eligible for the cashback ?
The officer say must use swipe/pin and pay .. and i have strong doubt on that officer (that officer say cannot cancel my Visa card on activation, then her boss come and say can...)

Question 2:
Is PTPTN included in the "government related payment" ?

Question 3 :
Do the transaction to BigPay is considered as the transacted amount ... Hmmm...

So conclusion topup via BigPay is still eligible for cashback lo ~

I wanna see my RM 30 cashback ~
and the RM 25 cashback from the campaign~

My cashback is here already.
CS informed me the RM 25 cashback will be ready in April
RM 200 cashback will be ready in May statement. ~

Now i had confirmed that PB Quantum Mastercard can let me enjoy cashback to BP, i'm considering to apply another PB Visa Signature for the RM 38 cashback per month wahahahaha

Anyone know where to use the Public Bank Quantum Visa to pay the usual bill (like TNB / TM Unifi / Celcom ) via Paywave ?

and i wonder they say Government related payments ... hmm ... they refer to which one ... ~

I would think to use to pay TNB bill via Seven-Eleven by using paywave, but haven't done that yet....

In 7-11, you can set the amount you want to pay .... so i will just pay Rm 245 to avoid the limit of Paywave.

Just that everyday can pay TNB bill once

So that means until now no one manage to pay TNB via paywave ... Sad...
I just dun want to waste my precious rm 600 online cb quota for TNB

- 4% cashback for online (to load into BigPay) - capped at RM 30 (spend Rm 750) --- almost identical PBB QM

- need 12 swipe/online tx to waive annual fees : (or else kena Rm 333 LOL)

- gt 2x premium lounge access (usefull after covid)
