Hi guys, my mastercard gt unauthorized transaction charged to my account and I called public bank on that day to report.. they informed me will investigate in 2-3weeks and issued a new card for me.. may I know how soon usually will the transaction get reversed? It was quite a large amount.. I m kind of worried as no news till now and i can still notice the transaction posted into my new card number..

Just realised there's cashback issue for lazada transaction for pb visa signature card.. just emailed pbb and they asked for purchase history record.. lazada no longer considered as online transaction? And why need purchase history record?

Hi, i plan to cancel my quantum mastercard as I seldom use it after the card features revision.. may I know can the remaining vip points transfer to my visa signature card? Cos i gt around 1.5k points only.. Don't think can redeem anything..
