Anyone still successfully dispute for partial statement cycle cashback?
I emailed CS, they replied

"Referring to the below, we regret to inform that we are unable to acceded to your request as the Cash Back awarded will be based on all transaction posted in the Credit Card Statement."

This is what Public Bank CS reply for the Shopee KL MY MCC. Not sure is there any changes.

It seems that ewallet topup after 16 May counted for pb-i cc cb.

27th for pbi gold visa

Tng not shared card. It's manual topup.
My another pbi platinum visa didnt get cb for shopeepay topup on 3rd May.

Anyone manage successful performed transaction on zcity with PBi Platinum Mastercard?
I called PB & they said is fraud department that blocked it, so they unable to unblock it. So, basically i can use for all other secured online transactions except zcity.

Nope. I had been using this card on zcity for past 8 months. Last successful zcity transaction is on 2nd May. All of sudden all transaction failed on zcity since 4th April until today. I manage to use on lazada with this card today.

I did receive the sms that All unsecured online transaction will be disabled on this card starting 1st May past few weeks. But should be not related as zcity is with otp. The cs also cannot answer and just stated fraud department blocked it.

Lastly, they offer new card replacement and keeping the unsecured online trx continue to be disabled for the new card.

Hope it will solve the problem la.

I manage to get cash back for Lazada trx with PB i Visa Gold. Am I safe to assume the recurring trx with Lazada Selangor MY already resolve?

The 2% card cb with all online trx with pbi visa cc (already mentioned in original post). I didn't mention anything abt campaign.
I remember during Oct got ppl reported cannot get cb for Lazada transaction using Pbi Visa CC until need to contact cs and submit Lazada transaction history.

Because i only got this 2 transaction which total at Rm1500 for last statement. This is PBi Visa Gold with 2% cb for online transaction.

Received this with lazada bill payment.

That's weird. My grabpay reload on 17th May couldn't get. I thought quota finish already.

I don't have the issue of double dip as I didn't participate in other MC campaign.
