you did not 'overuse' your limit. it just not reflected in statement yet.

lazada cancellation if approved is usually instantaneous.

although not posted, it seems like you have overused ur credit limit by rm1k. some banks do give u some allowance. the rm2k cancelled order will be refunded once the process is completed - usually will be posted, then reversed.

bank wont decline it dont worry.

is whether your CC got overlimit charges or not only..
