I called to cancel the card a couple of weeks ago . The card status immediately shown as "inactive" in the app after ended the call.

I did not check immediately but after a day or two account status started showing 'Cancelled'
But under Add/Delete Account inside profile maintenance still showing 'Active'
Anyway they removed from my CCRIS so consider case closed
I just called them again. CS on call said "so sorry, the CS that handled your case yesterday was new so he did not know how to handle. Ok let me cancel it for you"
And now it's showing "Cancelled" on my PBe already.
Goodbye PBe. Twas a good time for the past 2 years.
