I created PIN for my new card via phone call and want to add the card to my PBe. I followed the steps at page 1 and when it comes to request for PAC, I get the error message:
QUOTE Error Code : (E0001.2B.5345632801) Your request could not be executed. You have not registered your mobile phone number to receive PAC via SMS. Please register your mobile phone number at any Public Bank branches. Any idea how to solve? I am a current user with existing PB cards, so my mobile no is already there. |

Mine is reinstatement. I fill up the form + 1 month slip. The form is just a single page form as compared to the normal application one.

Can we combine VIP points from quantum principal and supps?

After spending few hundreds, I called CS for SST offset and was declined. No mention of any spending criteria. So I said that I obtained it for my other cards, so CS said will submit to management for deliberation. Will update.
