Why RM 150 x 2? Min RM 150 and cash back capped at RM 30
Why Boost? Probably with OTP triggered it'll be counted as online purchases.

Result will be out a month from now (earliest).

I just bought 50pcs of mask few on 26th and the amount is > RM 100 but < RM 150

Boost is faster become you don't have keep on keying the CVV number for each top up.

If you insist to have OTP for saved card, you need to do more top up like you mentioned over there.

What does it mean by "required to use any of his/her Card at the following participating partners in the following manner to qualify"?

(1) Top up RM 100 @ Boost > (2) Top up RM 100 @ GrabPay > (3) Top up RM 100 @ TnG e-wallet?

If it's pretty straight forward, just put "required to use any of his/her Card at any of the following participating partners below"? and no need to put "required to use any of his/her Card at the following participating partners in the following manner to qualify" to confuse people.

You registered via SMS?
You got SMS response back from 66300?

I used Quantum Visa.

But no SMS reply back from 66300.

Weird thing is that I was able to receive OTP from 63833 but no SMS reply back from 66300.

Yes, you should if your income qualifies.
The min income requirement is rather low for VI:

Visa Infinite / World Mastercard
