Hi guys, I recently applied for the Quantum 2 cards but I only received the Quantum Visa card today. Isn’t Quantum MasterCard supposed to come together?

I would like to know quantum Visa card, if let say transaction amount RM350 and I using paywave and machine ask me key in password, will that still count as "paywave" cash back ? any idea?

Remind the bank to do it. Previously was Aeon for me. After 5 mths already still in my ccris. I called aeon, they say already cancelled. I told them why still in my ccris report. Then only they send the whatever info to have it removed from my ccris.

few years ago i already canceled SC credit card but it was still showing when i went to BNM and print out my ccris from the kiosk there.

Please be informed that the Bank is only acting in the capacity of a Billing Agent for Biller (Merchant). The billing is done by Merchant and all data pertaining to the transactions made on your Credit Card are from the Merchant not the Card Issuing Bank.

As long as the Merchant had indicated to us or have processed the transaction as Online Transaction or E- Commerce Transaction, then Cardmember will enjoy 5% Cash Back when using their Quantum MasterCard to make the purchases (capped at RM 30.00 Per Statement Cycle Principal and Supplementary Cardmember combined).

Since the Bank will not be able to control how Merchant process each and every transaction, for e-wallet reload, we would suggest Cardmember to delete the PB Credit Card saved at Merchant's website and manually enter their PB Credit Card Number for each and every reload transaction. This way, it is less likely for Merchant to categorized the transaction as "Recurring" transaction.

my quantum mastercard got hack last month, reported n they sent new card.
problem is, new card, for example when card already saved, next time want to use always failed.
need to remove card first and add again each time.

called CS just now they dunno what's the problem 

anyone face same problem before?
