If I use PBB VS to pay Income Tax won't get cashback, right ?
If I use PBB VS to pay Car Insurance via Etiqa Website won't get cashback, right ?

My statement date is 28th of every month (i.e. the cashback credit in date).
If my transactions for the PBB VS/QMC/QV posted before 1 October, I would still get full rebate at the old T&C, correct ?
