but just wondering why PBE system so lousy need the cardholder own add the card into their online banking account?
Other bank all default would have the card added once approved (as for few bank that i with saving account and credit card)

Originally thought of using it to topup my TNG card at Jaya Grocer or other like Tesco to see if eligible for the cashback.
but anyhow, the change to purely contactless payment also stays the same i think  (mean must with paywave)

while for Master no more dining
thought of use it for dining if dont want to spam it fully for online transaction such as BP or online shopping.
but let it be. at least still have the cashback for same category

The revision is very good for Quantum Visa.
The downside of the revision; cash back is only awarded for tap amount >= RM 30

Reload Bigpay card and swipe, still entitle 6% rebate for visa signature (online category) rite ?

I can understand why Public Bank changes the transactions eligible for cashback, to contactless transactions, for Public Bank Quantum Visa Credit Card. As such, more people will prefer to use this card.

Then again, for Public Bank Quantum Mastercard Credit Card, why did Public Bank remove dining transactions from eligible transactions? 

Sigh, another card service tax of RM 25 is incurred, when I need to get another credit card with cashback for dining transactions.

Normally I will hold the card & ask "can I wave?". They will said "yes" if the terminal support contactless. Don't let them hold your card.

Kuching supermarkets very kiasi, some don't allow paywave.
So far Giant, Guardian, Watson's, Aeon, Everrise, H&L, CS are OK.

Since I do not own a PBe account, what I need to do is open a new basic saving account at PB to link the cards with the account right?

Just noticed the online account registration form is parked under document list which I have skipped reading 

Do you mean I am out of their customer target or their KPI to keep processing within 14 days?

 

For collection at bank branch, do they inform you via call or sms when the cards are delivered to the branch or you just drop a visit and ask them instead?
