Update,

the last campaign , where swipe RM80X10 , get RM100 ...


For Month2 , i went to Penang Tesco + Sunshine to swipe
Tesco == RM80 X5
Sunshine == RM80 X5

Problems:
1. Tesco - Probably i swiped too many times, the tesco staff refused to served me . I have go there x3 time to get total x5 swipes. So far , so good.

2. Sushine - No isses, staff very friendly + helpful .
As this is paywave swipe , 2 staff there to helo , ~9.30am morning . no many ppl .
i was looking at the voucher, while the other staff swipe WAVE. PRINTED out the credit card receipt x5 . All is good.
Until June statement came out, Sunshine charged me RM80X6 .....
Went back to sunshine to check , the staff took 2 days to re-check all .
and , in the end , she refund me cash RM80 .
*luckily i keep all the receipts ...


Lessons to learn :
1. Keeep all credit cards transactions record ----Checked
2. Keep all receipts -----Checked
3. Check the credit card statement itemised ---- Checked .

i swipe RM100 x5 BOOST . 16 Jun 11am . didnt get anything
call CS , he asked to me write to PBB .

seems like many of the online campaign , boost always got issue ....

basically , i argued with the CS through phone almost 30mins .....

at beginning , he claimed the PBB Sub card not considered .
I have to open the tnc pdf to go through with him
#4 + #5 in the pdf .....


then , he argued ewallet all not considered , and only eligible is BP ....
again , i argued with the tnc pdf ...... there is NO mentioned ewallet ,
and online definetion === OTP ...

want to vomit blood .....

cut it short , the CS basically duwan to take up the case.
I have to write official email to PBB ....


*in future PBB most likely exclude ewallet in campaign , as PBB want ppl to spend genuine . .....

Almost all PBB CC campaign ended this month or next .
